THE CONTRACT

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Carpet Tiles Sales NI Ltd) and you (the customer) will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Carpet Tiles Sales NI Ltd of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

CONSENT

Your use of our website signifies your consent to the collection, processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administrating and dealing with your order or account, processing your payments, credit reference checking and fraud detection. We only provide your information to reputable organisations solely for the purposes of helping us to fulfil your order – we use companies to verify and process credit card transactions and to deliver goods order. These third parties are not authorised to use your information for any reason other than to fulfil our service.

PAYMENT

We accept online payment by credit/debit cards in a secure environment. We use SagePay, a reputable provider to process online payments. Carpet Tile Sales does not hold your credit card details and they are never known to us.

ORDERS

When you place an order with Carpet Tiles Sales, we require your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process or notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number is also required in case we need to contact you regarding your order or delivery.

DELIVERY

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered. We will aim to deliver the Goods within the stipulated timescale but delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the Goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.

COLOURS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Representation of colours online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow. Samples of all our products are available and we would recommend that you request a sample for accuracy of colour. We cannot be held responsible for the wrong choice in colour or product being made.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the event of products being faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail or telephone. Arrangements will be made for the return of such goods and a refund issued or, if desired, a replacement will be forwarded and the cost will be met by the Company. Goods should be returned together with original packaging, if possible. Mistakes by customers in the ordering process with regard to size, colour, specification etc will not constitute grounds for cancellation. However, acceptance of cancellation by the Company in exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of the Company.

VAT

VAT, at the current UK rate, will be charged on all orders, including those from the Republic of Ireland.

If you are a Republic of Ireland VAT Registered Company, please provide us with details of your Company’s name and Irish VAT Registration Number. Once these details have been verified, we will refund the VAT to the debit/credit card you used in your purchase.
